Colombian, roasted in Cape Town in small batches, every week. Clean and balanced — the coffee most people picture when they think of coffee.
Compostable
The capsule composts rather than going to landfill. Capsules are the most convenient way to make a cup and, for a long time, the worst. These are our answer to that.
Which machines these Colombian coffee pods fit
Nespresso®-compatible original-line machines — the standard domestic ones. Not the Vertuo system, which takes a different capsule shape entirely.
How it drinks
Balanced rather than loud. Good black, good with milk.
Unlikely to be the thing anyone in the house complains about, which is the whole job of a house capsule.
Keeping them
Cool cupboard, out of the sun. Not the fridge.

About the word compostable
The capsule breaks down rather than sitting in landfill for a few hundred years. That is the entire reason we sell capsules at all.
We will not dress it up beyond that. A compostable capsule beats an aluminium one. It is not a solution to anything on its own.
The most environmentally sound cup of coffee is still one made from beans you ground yourself. These are for the mornings when that is not going to happen.
