Mobile coffee bar hire around Cape Town, from the people who roast the coffee. Our trailer brings a proper coffee bar to your event — weddings, markets, corporate mornings, film sets, school events, sports days and private parties.
You get the same beans we sell in the bags, pulled by the people who roasted them. Not a machine in a corner and a tin of something instant.
What mobile coffee bar hire costs
Our starting price is R6 500. That covers two baristas, 100 cups of hot drinks, and the set-up and take-down.
Beyond that it depends on your numbers. Tell us how many people and how long you need us, and we will come back with a price for your event.
What you get
A full espresso bar, run by baristas, for as long as you need it. Americanos, cappuccinos, flat whites, lattes — made properly, one at a time, the way they would be in a good café.
We can also do iced coffee, craft sodas and takeaway cups for a hot day, and there is a cookie option if you want something alongside. If you want something we have not listed, ask — we will entertain any request.
Power and set-up
We bring everything. The trailer runs off our own battery and gas, so we do not need anything from you to operate.
We do prefer a plug on site where there is one — but it is not necessary. If your venue is a field, a beach or a car park, that is fine.
Where the trailer goes
Pretty much anywhere. We are based in Bloubergstrand and we do mobile coffee bar hire right across Cape Town.
If you are outside Cape Town, or a long way out, just ask and we will quote you on the travel as part of the price.
You will have seen us at Elkanah House on Derby days, sports days, concerts and shows, at Parklands College, and at Van Riebeeckstrand Primary sports days.
How to book
There is no notice period. We are usually available at short notice — if we are already booked on your date, we will tell you straight away.
A 50% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due on the day.

- Where it is
- Roughly how many people
- Whether it is a few hours or a whole day

If you just want the coffee, we sell it by the bag and by the capsule — roasted to order and delivered countrywide. There is more about how we roast to order if you are curious.
