Coffee trailer hire around Cape Town, from a family-run roastery. We bring a proper mobile coffee bar to your event and pour the same small-batch coffee we sell in the bags.
Weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, markets, school sports days and film sets. Anywhere you can park a trailer.
What coffee trailer hire costs
From R6 500. That covers two baristas, 100 cups of hot drinks, and the set-up and take-down.
More people or a longer day changes the number. Tell us what you are planning and we will price it.
What you get
A full espresso bar run by baristas. Americanos, cappuccinos, flat whites and lattes, made one at a time.
We can also do iced coffee, craft sodas and takeaway cups for a hot day. There is a cookie option if you want something alongside. Ask about anything else — we will entertain any request.
Power and travel
The trailer runs off its own battery and gas. We need nothing from your venue to operate, though we do prefer a plug where there is one.
We travel across Cape Town. Further out, ask and we will quote the travel with the rest.
Booking
There is no notice period. We are usually free at short notice, and if your date is taken we will say so straight away.
A 50% deposit holds the date, and the balance is due on the day.
You will have seen us at Elkanah House, Parklands College, and Van Riebeeckstrand Primary sports days.
