Door-to-door courier, countrywide — The Courier Guy
The rate is worked out at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. Once your parcel is on its way you will get a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
Someone needs to be there to sign for it, so a work address is often easier than a house.
Free collection in Cape Town
Collect from the roastery, free of charge.

When your coffee is roasted
We roast weekly and we roast to order. Your bag goes on the next roast day after you order and is packed that morning — so it reaches you days old rather than months old. That is the whole point of buying from a roastery.
If something is wrong with your order
If your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or it is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right.

We will replace it or refund you, including what you paid for delivery, and we cover the cost of getting it back to us.
This right runs for six months from delivery under the Consumer Protection Act. It is separate from the seven days below and it is not limited by it.
If you have simply changed your mind
Coffee is roasted to order and it is food, so once a bag has left us we cannot sell it to anyone else.
If you change your mind, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send the bag back unopened and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours to arrange and pay for. Please keep the tracking details — until it reaches us it is still your parcel.
Once it arrives back with us we will refund what you paid for the coffee.
Opened bags cannot be returned for a change of mind. If there is something wrong with the coffee itself, that is the section above, and the six months applies.
Lost parcels
If a parcel goes missing and you have not received it within a month of ordering, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
